Subscription Cancellation Policy

1. Easy Self-Service Portal
We’ve added a dedicated Customer Portal (accessible from your account dashboard) so you can manage your subscription 24/7. Within the portal you can:

  • Cancel your subscription entirely

  • Pause deliveries for any length of time

  • Change delivery frequency, product variants, or quantities

  • Edit billing or shipping details

2. 48-Hour Cancellation Window
To give our fulfillment team enough time to stop an upcoming order, any changes—especially cancellations—must be completed at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge/shipment.

  • If a cancellation request is made inside the 48-hour window, your card may still be charged and the order processed.

  • Once an order has entered processing, we’re unable to issue a refund, even if you immediately cancel afterward.

3. Zero Fees, Any Time
Canceling (or pausing) is always free of charge. You’re in complete control and can adjust or end your subscription on any day, at any time, through the Customer Portal.
